In the heart of the Beaujolais region, we celebrate every instant as we sublimate our terroirs and cultivate our age-old skills and know-how. On vineyards that are HVE certified (Haute Valeur Environmental 3 – the highest official French environmental certification) we favour planting sodded bands and adding only compost to preserve biodiversity. Our traditional winemaking methods show off the authenticity of our Gamays and our Chardonnays, Château de Pizay’s signature grape varieties.
